The DS250 Double-Head Cutting Saw is built for 45° and 90° cutting of aluminium window and door profiles. Its head design handles tall, deep-section material with ease, and the swivel operator console integrates a touchscreen, barcode scanner and printer — connect the machine to your network, scan a barcode, and the cutting program loads automatically.

A cutting length range of 350 – 4240 mm covers the great majority of frame members, while the oversize / short-cut function reaches down to 250 mm and up without limit. From loading through cutting to the next process, real-time ERP integration keeps every step simple and smooth.

An automatic profile-height probe removes the need for manual length calculations, and the DS250 switches between 45° and 90° cuts on demand. Built on high-quality motion components and drawing just 7 kW, it is engineered for 24-hour high-intensity production with 0.1 mm positioning accuracy.
