Machine Overview
Four-axis machining of aluminium window, door and cabinet profiles — three faces in a single clamping, from a compact 5000 mm frame.
The M4-3000 is a four-axis machining center for milling, drilling, lock-hole and hinge work on aluminium window, door, cabinet and bathroom profiles.
The spindle swings through 180°, so one clamping machines three faces of the profile. Servo-driven clamps follow the CAM program, and an eight-station magazine changes tools automatically.
A 3000 mm working area and 95 / 60 / 40 m/min feed rates keep throughput high from a compact 5000 mm frame, while the graphical HMI simulates the job in 3D before the first cut.
