The A350 is HEGA's flagship intelligent workstation, built on an ALL IN ONE platform: a raw profile goes in, a finished part comes out — in a single pass.
Four-spindle drilling and milling, dual-laser cutting, dual-laser scribing, any-angle saw cutting and protective-corner cutting all run on the same flexible line. Zero sorting, zero transfer, single clamping — finished profiles go straight to the assembly bench.
A 21.3 m overall length and a section capacity of up to 120 × 155 mm (200 × 155 mm optional) make it the most capable machine HEGA has built.
Angular Drilling & Milling
Two of the spindles drill and mill at any angle from 0° to 90°
Multi-Zone Simultaneous Machining
Two independent drilling and milling zones work in parallel, front and back
Twin Saw Blades
Two 550 mm blades — one fixed at 45°, the other cutting 90° and 135°
Dual-Laser Scribing
Two laser scribing heads mark datum and machining lines on the profile simultaneously
Automatic Labelling
Prints and applies labels automatically, with content driven by your ERP data
Data Interconnection
Downloads processing data online and feeds progress back to MES in real time
