The DS150 is a double-head cutting machine for aluminium window and door profiles. Its inward-swing blade keeps the head rigid on wide sections, so mitre and square cuts stay true.
Cutting lengths run from 440 to 4260 mm, and the oversize / short-cut function takes that down to 270 mm and out to unlimited length, so spacers and full frame members come off one program.
Positioning accuracy of 0.1 mm and real-time ERP integration make every cut repeatable: the machine works from the current cutting list and reports progress back to MES.
