The DS250 is a double-head cutting machine built for high-section aluminium window and door profiles, with a cutting length range of 350 to 4240 mm.
A 500 mm blade and twin 3 kW spindles cover the full range, while automatic profile-height measurement and 0.1 mm positioning keep long runs stable and square.
The compact 1850 kg frame leaves more of the shop floor to production, and real-time ERP integration means the machine always works from the current order data.
45° Outward Swing & 90° Cutting
A cylinder switches between 45° and 90° cutting, with 45° as the outward swing angle
Automatic Height Measurement
Measures the profile height automatically before cutting, so there is no manual calculation
Curve Cutting
Follows curved profiles along dedicated cutting paths
